Terms and Conditions/Contributors Wanted
Contributors Wanted:
Westminster Vine needs writers and/or photographers to submit articles, photos or videos of interest to our community. All submissions will contain bylines, unless requested otherwise, and must be approved by Westminster Vine. If editing is necessary, we will supply a final copy to the author for approval prior to publication. We generally are looking for features of particular interest to the townspeople, preferably highlighting good or important news in town. If a topic is controversial, we will make every effort to present both sides.
Westminster Vine is a free online newsletter, so we typically cannot pay for submissions—think of it as a very local, written version of YouTube, except that it is edited and submissions must be approved. It is not a blog. Comments on articles or other matters of interest should be sent to info@communityvine.net and all comments must be signed and verified, as well as accepted for publication by Westminster Vine.
Please see our terms and conditions for legal details. As required by all similar Internet applications such as Facebook.com or YouTube.com, all submissions carry the implied assertion, as follows:
“I certify that I have the right to distribute these photos, videos, or articles, and that they do not violate the Terms of Use.”
