Solid Waste Drop-Off Center vehicle stickers will be available beginning March 1, 2010 at the Department of Public Works office, 2 Oakmont Avenue. Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., closed 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. for lunch.
Beginning March 6th, the DPW will be issuing stickers at Town Hall, 11 South Street, on Saturday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Town residents wishing to obtain a vehicle sticker permit are required to show proof of year round or seasonal residency (valid driver’s license and vehicle registration are required as well as one of the following: utility bill, tax bill, or rental agreement).
Residents may request up to two permits per household. Leased vehicles or vehicles not registered in Westminster, must list Westminster as place of principal garaging on the vehicle’s insurance certificate. Vehicles to be permitted must be present at time of application. There is no fee for the sticker permit. Residents on the delinquent property tax list will not be issued a Drop-Off Center permit. Residential/household items disposed of at the Solid Waste Drop-Off Center must originate from the Town of Westminster.
Please remember that RECYCLING IS MANDATORY.
